One nuisance with PivotTable is report maintenance. If this is an ongoing report and you want to see data arranged a certain way each time, it can be annoying to re-build your PivotTable each time.
If you have your data filtered by one attribute (say, Quarter) and wish to create a PivotTable filtered by the other values in that field (example, Quarters 2-4), use this trick to have Excel build those PivotTables for you.
